        We had a gas hot water heater replaced. The two installers were very professional. They were on time and worked until the job was completed, well after their lunch time! They were very thorough in answering all questions about the new water heater after I initiated the conversation. They were very careful with the process of bringing in the new appliance and removal of the old water heater. They also left no mess at the end of the installation.
