CK Superior Roofing is an outstanding company to hire! Cecilio(the owner),dealt with everything from A-Z. He came out right away and looked at our roof and a leak we had inside. We had an insurance claim and our insurance company kept giving us the runaround. Cecilio made sure that we knew our rights and the laws when it came to our policy. It took us about a year of back and forth with the insurance company, but Cecilio made the phone calls,the extra trips to the property, he really went above and beyond and stuck through this frustrating process with us. He was always kind,patient, and made sure that we understood everything before moving forward with anything. He did the job more thoroughly then most would've, and he even did an extra repair and upgrades at no cost to us. They had to replace alot of wood on our roof and he made sure that we were aware of this being a possible issue and that we would be responsible for the cost. He kept us updated with pictures and phone calls throughout the job and never did anything without our permission first.He and his crew did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The roof looks amazing and I have complete confidence in his work. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for sticking through this difficult process with us!
