        Had a terrible experience this year, my bank account info was entered incorrect and I was never asked to verify on screen if it was correct. Now Im out 400 dollars and have yet to receive my refund or even know when I will. I also paid a fee to have the funds direct deposited and have not been offered a refund for that service although they never direct deposited my refund. Very disappointed and never again!!!!

        I've had my business and personal taxes done here for past 3-4 years. Every single time there is an issue/mistake/error created by Merlyn that I have to end up resolving myself.  Things he should be resolving based on the exorbitant fees I have paid him.  I just received documentation from feds regarding my 2021 taxes because my return was not signed and did not include my 1099.  Well, I sent Merlyn my 1099 and I signed all the documents for e-filing but the IRS  sent me my return with his inked signature and mine left blank. WHY?????  Obviously he didn't e file my return.  Obviously he mailed it in without my documents or my signature.  Even a novice would know that won't work.  Every year it's the same, Merlyn makes an error.  Plus, have an issue???? It's Incredibly hard to talk to the person you need.
