Lived there for a year. Cute apartments, cheaply built but what isnt now days. Was paying $1300 a month and had a leaky AC unit the entire time, matinence would come out and say it was condensation or ice but it was summer and would happen 24/7! Pipes clog easily!! Be careful when your moving out, they scammed us into a year lease and we had to fight it and ended up paying for months after our key was turned in. Left the place in IMMACULATE condition but got NO SECURITY DEPOSIT, so dont even bother cleaning up when moving out!!! Neighbors are THEIFS. had multiple packages stolen, one even minutes after delivery was completed, it was gone by the time i got to the door. overall safe little area, and couldve been a worse experience.
