Chase bank owned by JPMorgan has caused insanity. They use handicap surrounding the blocks as scouts for potential robbers. Then once you pull up they use a car to drive past you (they try to hide their face) or they use a walker wearing red,black,silver/white. Then once inside they waist your time with fake customers depending on the day or use skilled bankers to waist your time. They map out your driving routes and keep track of where you go. They also follow you using any type of vehicle ranging from cctv vans,Larger vehicles that resemble road cleaners, people driving around handicap and mentally disabled etc they like "mom vans" or any big vehicle. They swap walkers during business hours. The bankers inside use hand signals touching their nose and moving their hand away in a specific direction depending on the scenario. If you refuse to talk to the walkers outside they walk your driving route. If you go into a store they walk around and act like they are customers.They are instantly on the phone with police if you pull in a certain way. They will follow you home or to your place of work. They try to block your vehical even if the transaction went smooth. I'm posting this review because the tactics are unethical and have caused me mental strain. If you ask the bank teller to stop with the security and to stop waisting your time they deny all accusations

I came into Chase today to set up a new account, and I worked with mister Kristopher M Keithley and he was EXCELLENT. I adore him. I want to be his friend. He was so professional, helpful, kind, and thorough. I could not recommend this Chase branch enough, or recommend Mr. Keithley enough. He was so pleasant and fun to work with, and he made sure I understood every step of the process. If youre looking to set up a new account with Chase, be sure to speak with him. He is wonderful!! Sat at the drive up lane longer than I should. Usually someone will at least acknowledge your presence. Nuthin'. No wonder you can't find branches anymore. PNC here I come.

The manager, Natalie was not helpful at all in resolving my serious matter and brushed it off like it wasnt a concern to her. Needs more training in resolving complex banking customer relations.
