Area PC Pro - New Albany

Do not use! They don't answer the phone, never call you back, lose your tablet but make up lies in hope you will just go away and forget you were charged $250 and didn't get your tablet back. Dropped item off in June 2020, made several trips back and phone calls since and still no resolution. Will be taking them to small claims court. This is ridiculous!

I wish I would have read some of the other reviews more thoroughly. He was able to diagnose the issue with my laptop quickly after multiple others could not, however he then accepted $400 upfront for a new screen that needed to be ordered for my laptop. Thankfully I requested to hold on to my laptop until the screen came in, because I have never heard from him since. That was in January 2022. I have called incessantly, shown up to closed doors or be right back signs, have had multiple others try to call/visit the store and he is nowhere to be found. A woman who works next door told me that countless others have been there trying to reach him, along with the police department. Could not recommend less.

Knowledgeable guy, got my newly built PC running after I was having issues getting past the Motherboard initial boot up. Also installed a fan & supplied missing internal fitting hardware. Good work, but it took 2 weeks and a few visits to get the PC back
