The worst pharmacy and pharmacist in Kentuckiana. All are completely clueless. I had to transfer a prescription due to a backorder, and have had an issue every single month since. Do not go here if you can avoid it.

DON'T DO IT Worst customer service, literally 0. Can't ever get a call through. My Dr's have tried calling in multiple times, and I can't get ahold of anytime ever, and my new pharmacy can't get ahold to tell them to move things over. When I go in person told to have everyone call....what?? No one can get through it just rings.... so beyond frustrated. I was with them for years but this past year its cause me to miss on important medicine, I'm low on some, and just can't ever get any help with questions. DONT GO HERE.

Can this location just close already? The young blond pharmacist, Lindsay Ledford, is so awful and she literally fights with me every time I come in. Tonight they locked the store 15 min before 10pm. I went to the drive thru where I was told this is now a store policy to lock the store so they can pull draws. Isnt that what they are supposed to do after they close at 10?? The worst experience I have had there was right after my husband was involved in a horrific car accident. He had broke his back in multi places along with 5 ribs. To say he was in extreme pain was an understatement. I went to CVS after getting him home to pick up his pain meds the ER had called in. Lo and behold, Evil Lindsay was on duty. Now they had called the script in 6 hours earlier and I assumed they would be ready. However, I was told they didnt have the entire amount in stock. At this point, I didnt have the option to call our family doctor, I couldnt move the script and the doctor who called it in was off duty. She was so mean to me for simply asking what my options were. We ended up yelling at each other and finally she said she would give me 3 pills but she would have to discard the prescription after. I said fine- I just need something for him tonight! She was mean for absolutely no reason especially considering the situation.

I literally just almost got in a physical fight with Lindsey in the pharmacy to get my daughters antibiotics that theyve had since Monday afternoon & here it is Wednesday evening. I go in this morning when they open & they STILL didnt have it & I was told they were still out. I asked if another CVS had it & was told it was on back order. I called my daughters dr on speaker & explained the situation & she asked if they had a substitute in stock. When I asked the young lady who was working the cash register, the blonde pharmacist rudely said, even if we do itll be a few hours before its filled. Considering its been 2 days already & though my daughter needed her medicine, it wasnt about the time. She was very rude to the point I asked my daughters dr to call it in to WestMoreland (across the st) because the pharmacist was very rude & I no longer wanted to fill it there & she did. When I go to pick it up they tell me CVS has a hold on it. My daughter walks over there to ask them why they have a hold on her medicine & she was rudely told that she already filled the prescription so it would be goofy to fill it across the street. My daughter is also a minor so obviously frustrated I walk over to address the issue & was explaining it to the lady at the register & she rudely interrupted me & said, but how can I help you?. She would have known had she let me finish & instead said, I needed to understand that they had 3 techs & 2,000 prescriptions to fill & that the blonde pharmacist wasnt rude this morning & told me she didnt appreciate being yelled at & told me to treat people how I wanted to be treated! (Also while a full grown man behind me who shouldnt have been that close considering I was filling a prescription & he & the staff was violating all kinds of privacy laws was yelling at my teenage daughter that they was under staffed) THIS IS WHAT THEY SIGNED UP FOR ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REASON & UNLESS YOU WANT THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!! Ive never written a review before but thats how bad this experience was & I hope unless its a great 1 I dont have to write another 1 which I can guarantee you wont be at the CVS pharmacy on State St if they keep the blonde pharmacist! Just read the rest of the reviews from newest to oldestshes the common denominator!!!! Smh DO BETTER CVS!!!!

This has got to be one of the worst pharmacies I have dealt . I called tonight and was on hold for 27 minutes. Called back was on hold for 13 minutes. Going in tomorrow in person.
