        For two years now we have been subject to extremely loud disturbances directly behind our property. We were never made aware of CCE constructing beforehand but heavy machinery visible and very audible 300 feet from our home has made their presence known. With video evidence and a review from my fiance, their reply was as follows: "Our company acquired every required permit necessary to operate our business. We notified neighboring property owners in 2019, as required. Our hours of operation are usually 7:00 am - 5:30pm. Our operation has not moved or removed any trees etc since opening. You do not appear to be a property owner nor a customer, so please do not leave a negative comment regarding our company since your claims are all untrue. We are a family owned business and provide many positive services to this community. Thank you." So I, a property owner, would like to reiterate the sentiment that CCE does not care for their community as a simple look would show a family home that is affected by the incessant loud banging of dump trucks and the like. Our claims are not untrue and their work is very disruptive to our day to day living as it is difficult to watch tv or enjoy any moment of peace with constant heavy machinery noises literally in our backyard. I would not recommend using any of CCE's services as this is an inconsiderate operation.

      CCE office personnel attempted to reach Mr. James on numerous occasions regarding payment and status of the dumpster.When Mr. James contacted our office on December 11, arrangements were made to pick it up on December 12, at which time he would give to payment to the driver. The driver called en route, as well as office personnel, upon his arrival at the home. After several attempts with no answer, the driver was re-routed to another job. Mr. James called the office at 3:15 and said he watched the driver pull in and leave. Mr. James did not make an attempt to go outside and meet the driver, nor answer the calls made from the driver and office. The next day the driver was sent out again, at which time he picked up the box and left the contents due to non-payment. Our company did not lie to this customer about rates, billing and/or invoices. He simply did not want to pay for our service.
