Ike is the best. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions while cleaning my coils and had my unit working properly and efficiently. Pricing is reasonable. I would recommend Ike specifically to anyone thinking about using this company.

I live in housing and recieved a notice to allow new albany heating in air into my home to clean the ducts that it takes 3 hours. They arrived on time and I tried to stay out of their way and accommodate them by moving anything that was in their was out of the way. I talked to the main guy who really liked my son's halo lego Pelican, he told me theyve had a contract for the last 3 years with NAHA to clean the ducts and have been doing bit by bit but that these ducts had probably never seen a sweep. He also said they'd be back tommaro to bring and intake register as they were out of them. After they left was when I noticed just what a mess that was made I was glad I was able to move my kettle and toaster and items out of the way for the initial process so mostly I had to dust and do some major sweeping, I don't know if the broom that they had with them was a tool for the job but it certainly was used to clean any of the mess. Just before they left he told me I could run the thermostat if needed. I asked if debris was gonna go blowing out everywhere and he said no it shouldn't. Later that night as it gets colder out I turned my thermostat up one degree and a few mins later I smell something i couldn't even describe burnt skin,plastic, dirt? I wish I would had just dealt with being cold I turned around to see soot and what sort of resembles large wooded curled up pencil shavings everywhere it shot out and hit me in the back while I was facing the wall waiting for the microwave to cook a frozen meal. I really can't tell you how angry I was and still am. I had alot of clean up earlier after they left and now I have to do it all over again only the things that weren't moved out of the path of fire now have to be cleaned too. I wouldn't even have bothered with posting a reveiw because I expected somewhat of a mess after they left but a secondary mess with the nasty stuff inside those vents have filled mine and my son's lungs thanks alot newalbany heating and air as if I didn't already have enough medical concerns to deal with
