We just had Black Diamond Heating and Air come to our house to clean and check our furnace. They gave us a time upon which they would arrive, and they came at exactly the time they stated. The technician was clean and well dressed, and wore clothing that identified him as a Black Diamond employee. After introducing himself, he immediately proceeded to the furnace. Upon completion of his work he explained exactly what he had done and what I needed to do in the future to keep my furnace running well. All told he was at our residence for approximately 30 minutes. After asking me if I had any further questions he departed. He left the area around the furnace clean. The cost was extremely reasonable and there was no attempt to upsell me at any time. At all times the company representative was neat, clean, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
