Front desk woman was rude. We tried to walk in for an appointment and was told we wouldnt been seen because their appointments were all booked. There was absolutely no one in the waiting room at that point.

I made my appointment online. When I arrived, I checked in at the counter with friendly service Before nurse practitioner arrived, I was given compassionate and efficient care. APN Brandi was thorough, passionate, friendly and precise with her diagnosis.

Every time I have gone, staff has been very kind and have listened to my concerns. I booked an appointment online and was seen within 15 minutes of my appt time. The doctor was very knowledgeable and worked with me to develop a plan to get me to feeling better. I am glad they are here and are so helpful, especially with how hectic healthcare can be even post-pandemic. Im very grateful to everyone here :)

Just waited for 10 minutes because I got there early checked in online and set up the appointment with my insurance. Only to find out at that they do not take my insurance. I wouldve loved to of been told that over a phone at home and not have wasted my time and gas.
