Ob-Gyn Associates of Southern Indiana

First visit here today. Everyone was very very nice. I guess it was just a different experience than past offices. I will continue to go back. Looking forward to meeting my doctor.

Dr. Carol Borden is a very kind and caring doctor. I would highly recommend her and the staff at OBGYN Associates of Southern Indiana in New Albany.

This is our first pregnancy and this is all new to us. The staff are all nice, but they will literally put you in a room, say the doctor will be right with you, close the door, and forget about you. Weve sat in this room currently for 1.5hrs and turns out the staff thought the doctor saw us already and forgot we were in here. How nice First pregnancy with questions and concerns and we are forgotten.

Edit: 12/26/2023: Michelle in billing needs to be taught phone etiquette. She literally interrupted me each time I open my mouth and tells me to "hold on" after each time I answer her question. Like what's the purpose of answering her if she's going to be snappy. She also abruptly hangs up. She's absolutely horrible. Some things don't change. I had a good OB. But these people thar answer these phones will be the reason this place goes under. If I ever need OB services again, I don't plan to come here. The only way I will, if no one else is accepting patients. October 2021: have not had a visit yet- but this establishment is rather frustrating already. Each time I call I get transferred somewhere else and it's a VM each time. My appointment is tomorrow and the receptionist(s) don't care about anything I have to say or try to do. I'm not sure I trust this establishment anymore to bring my unborn child in this world.
