Waited 2 months for a consultation but I was only contacted through text to confirm the appointment. While it was my fault for not opening the text, I never received a call to confirm my appointment and I fully planned to go to my appointment, but I got a text 2 days before cancelling it without even a final call to touch base. I requested a call to speak to them to hopefully get another consultation scheduled, and instead got another text stating that I now need to wait til July just for the consultation books to open and that I can't call to schedule and 'see if there is availability til late April'. I've been dealing with horrid tooth pain for 3 months already, all I need is an X-ray per mortenson but by the time I get I it will have been dealing with this horrible painful for half a year IF there is consultation availability in July. I can't speak for how well the practice works and I'm not trying to dog on anyone but I'm not sure what else to do and it's awful that I've had to sit with this cracked tooth for so long, unable to chew, with every intention to go to my appointment only to receive texts requesting I call to confirm my appointment instead of a call. If they did try to call, there is no record on my phone of it and if they didn't then I would suggest calling patients at least once before cancelling.

Dr. Mohan and his staff were great! They were very informative and kind. Dr. Mohan even talked directly to my son (12) and included him in the conversation rather than just asking me.
