Dr. Carter earned his BS in Biology from Murry State University and is a University of Louisville Medical School graduate where he also did his residency. He especially enjoys the pediatric portion of his practice. Likewise, he has a special focus on sinus and allergy disorders due to this being such a significant problem in the Ohio Valley region. Advanced ENT & Allergy provides a full spectrum of ear, nose, and throat care as well as a full complement of head and neck surgery. In addition to general ENT, we have specialized medical expertise available through our five centers of excellence: The Allergy Center, The Hearing Center, The Sinus Center, The Thyroid Center, The Pediatric Center, Clinical Research, and Aesthetic Center.

Dr Carter was fine. It's his staff I'm not happy with. I've been waiting for over 5 hrs for a return call about what to do about the extreme dizziness & shortness of breath & swallowing harder I've experienced w/ the meds he prescribed.

Dr. Carter was rude and didnt explain to my daughter what he was going to do before performing a procedure then when it scared her and she cried he told her she was dramatic. He was short and unkind from the very beginning of the appointment. Never explained what he saw or the plan of care. I was shocked and honestly disgusted with his manners. The receptionist apologized and stated thats just how Dr Carter is, no filter.
