Hopefully the very sure of herself young lady that was so apathetic on the phone letting me know i was being " discharged" like some criminal, will one day learn everything in life is not black and white. I honestly was not aware of your "pill counting" agenda and that's on me, as she definitely let me know, however, working in a special needs classroom doesn't leave me the option to just leave work when I want, especially without finding a substitute teacher. Thats my job for heavens sake. The young lady didn't care to even hear me or my situation as I'm sure that's her job and she certainly enjoyed it. I don't expect anything from writing this, but your offices treatment of me was unacceptable by any standard. I came to you in October for help and as of my "discharge" I was receiving basically the same treatment I got from my GP, except the cost of course, the expense on x-rays, office visit at $200. So what your center did for me was take my money and give me hope. I work and take care of my mother, and I had hoped that your center would be able to give me some relief instead of causing me unnecessary hurt. You failed, I did not, You took my hope.
