Viraj recently was my realtor and there arent enough great things I can say about her. I have had many life changes the last 6 months and she was so understanding and patient with me when I would constantly change my mind. She was always available to me any time I contacted her. Her knowledge and expertise are so impressive. If she didnt know the answer she was quick to find out. I feel so blessed that she entered my life.

I worked with Viraj to sell our home! She was very professional and informed about what is happening in the market. Viraj is very understanding and will be very supportive of what you want. She will not push you! If you are looking to buy or sell I would HIGHLY recommend her!

I worked with Viraj to buy our home. She worked tirelessly to help us find our dream home, showing us homes we sent her as well as finding several we hadn't come across. She did her homework on each home and would inform us of all the ins and outs of the home as well as the area around the home. If we sent her a house that was not a good fit for what we were looking for, she would inform us and let us decide if we still wanted to take the time to view it (saving us so much time in the process). She has experience buying and flipping homes and was able to point out possible problem areas, with a idea if it would be costly to fix. When we finally choose our home she worked daily to get us to closing. It was clear she does not work simply 9 to 5. There were (SEVERAL) issues getting to closing, all due the sellers, but she kept in regular contact and went to bat with the awful sellers and their agent. When I was over the stress of dealing with the, sometimes daily, issues caused by the sellers and their agant, Viraj had a calming way about her. You will feel like you have made a new friend in the process. Her company clearly puts people first and not money. While I am over the moon to finally have our new home, I will miss speaking with Viraj. Would recommend her company to anyone! I would recommend my personal dream team to all Viraj Summers; and our beloved lenders @ Supreme Lending, Darrell DeVore and Kristy House. Ya'll are just the best! And we can not thank you enough for our little slice of the American Dream!
