        I recommend extra storage space on Grant line road in New Albany Indiana. Spencer is a wonderful person and is exceptional asset to the company. He went out of his way to do above and beyond to meet my storage needs and answered all questions, even my silly ones, lol. He is very kind and professional. If you need storage space, for whatever the reason, this is the place to go. I have rented other units at different extra storage space locations and it is also proven to be an excellent experience. Great company great staff.

        Weve never had any real issues. Once or twice weve had a problem with code/gate. Everyone at the New Albany location has always been helpful. My only thing would be the monthly rent fluctuates quite often.
