The UPS Store

Guy told me he couldnt take a return for Amazon that was in the original package, it had to go into another box. The package was an actual box, with a handle and I placed my return label over the original label. Took it to the Jeffersonville location, in and out with a receipt in less than 60 seconds. He couldve told me he didnt want to deal with it but chose to flat out lie. Rude. Not sure how to reply without a second review. I walked out the door at 10:44 am. I am sure I have the correct store reviewed. The man was non Caucasian, if that helps.

Unbelievably nasty and disrespectful every time I come in. They want to charge for boxes that arent required for Amazon returns. I have this issue every time I reluctantly have to come to this location.

I have been to this location several times and they have always been very helpful and quick to assist. I did a couple amazon returns here and they made the process so easy. The employees came out to my vehicle to help me carry the large items back inside. I also observed them trying to help a gentleman who was trying to mail an iphone in the original case with no wrapping, no container. Will be returning again for all my mailing needs here.

I went in there to return stuff to Spectrum cable the foreign looking fellow that appears to run the store or own it treated me with absolute disrespect and disdain. He acted like I was ruining his day by bringing in something that he had to scan and give me a receipt to so that I can send it back to Spectrum and keep a record of the return. In addition the bald-headed older guy that works in there, rudely treated a woman who is bringing back some returns to be shipped off. I have never seen two individuals treat people as bad as those two people did. He kept demanding that I hand him things. They were sitting right there on the scale he can easily reach over and pick them up. And the cardboard box was a modem and a Wi-Fi router that Spectrum send to us by mistake. He demanded that I opened the boxes and hand him both devices. I've never gone to a store where I have been ordered by someone behind the counter to do something that's not how this works. I'm the customer not some employee to be ordered around As I was leaving the bald-headed guy said - where the hell are all these people coming from? Referring to the customers walking in the door. If he doesn't like doing his job he is free to quit and go work somewhere else. Never again will I step foot in that store it could go out of business for all I care. I have also sent an email with a description of what happened to The UPS Store Corporate and I advise everyone leaving negative reviews to do the same thing to show them how badly treated customers are at this store
