After using another accounting service for many years, I was referred to Kendall and Better Returns thru a mutual friend. This also was my first year of owning a small business, and wasn't exactly sure of everything I needed. Kendall and her team were amazing, quick to reply to emails, return was done in a timely matter, and even offered suggestions for next year. When I still had not received my state refund, I emailed Kendall and she was quick to contact the state and followed up with a resolution. I will absolutely recommend Better Returns Tax to others and plan on using her for all my future returns! Nothing I love more than supporting a woman-owned business here in Southern Indiana!

Honestly I don't have enough nice things to say. Every year for three years in a row we've had Better Returns file our taxes and we have received amazing quality from them. Fantastic process: simply drop off all the documents and sign a quick form when I get there, leave my documents and wait on the call. It's never taken more than a couple of business days even though I'm a procrastinator and they are usually working on it in early April.
I have recommended several family members and friends to Better Returns and I certainly will continue to do so and I'll be back in 2024!

Great family operation. They have gone the extra mile and genuinely care about the folks they serve. Highly recommend them.
