        Jack was amazing. He took a very bad emotional situation and stuck with me through. He has a very cool tattoo, he takes care of a fragile person very well and seems very empathetic. I know you don't run into the situation I was in very often, so I wasn't optimistic on my problem getting resolved, but after Jack spent time talking to me and helping me with other problems on my phone, I left feeling much better!
