You would think that being a professional with your business name sprawled across your vehicle you would have enough competence to drive courteously. Not at Bales. I would not use on the account of the aggressive driving. Continued effort in engagement trying to speed up and tail me. When someone got in his way he engaged with them behind me. Thats not ok. if you cant even drive how would someone trust you with their home? You have nobodys safety in mind obviously.

In 2014, Bales installed the wrong size furnace in our new construction house. Fast forward to 2022, and many repairs later, we were still looking for an answer as to how so many things can go wrong with basically a new Temp Star furnace. In a last effort, we went to other contractors and found that Bales had installed the wrong size furnace for the duct work and the furnace was basically starving itself. I am not sure which makes me angrier, the fact that the entire install was incorrect, the fact that they took my money to repair the furnace and never noticed this over many years, or the fact that they never got back with my wife in a timely manner after they found out they made a huge mistake. I was told that the owner was going to talk to his brother about this and they would get back. It has been 6 weeks as of December 5, 2022, and no phone calls have been returned. It is my hope that you will avoid this very expensive situation that we had to be in due to this situation not being rectified by this contractor.
