I wouldn't give this place no Stars..the place smells like urine and poo..they put dryer sheets in the room vents to try to cover the smell,beds are broken,no pillows for patients just a square blue big mat for your head,NO CARE FOR PATIENT,NO CHANGING OF BED LINENS OR PATIENT,NO FOOD GIVEN IF NOT ABLE TO FEED SELF,TOTAL NEGLECT OF CARE FACILITY IS THE PROPER NAME...

My grandfather was calling for help for a long time and no one helped him. We walked in to him on the floor yelling. Another time he also was found on the floor after he fell off of his chair. He is not treated well. It is very unfortunate. : (

My mother has been a resident here for about 5 months. The other day I came by to pick her up for a doctor's appt. She was in the rec room with another male resident and a staff member. The male resident was watching tv where there was just a bunch of planes flying around. I asked the staffer what was on tv, and she said that he used to fly RC planes and so they found videos of RC planes on youtube and play them for him. THAT'S how much they care about their residents!
