I've been very happy with this company through the years. And I highly recommend them to you, whether you need a lot of work done, or just a simple oil change. I recently took my VW to the dealership because of the complexity of what I needed fixed. They charged me nearly $500 to change a sensor, and left me waiting on the showroom floor for 4 hours. But less than a day later, the light was back on; and whatever the problem had been, it wasn't fixed. I brought it to Menkes, which is what I've always done and should have done to begin with. They fit me in the next day ... gave me a loner car, fixed the problem along with several others, had the car back to me by 3pm the same day; and all for little more than the VW dealer did to not fix the problem. Way to go, Menkes!

I wanted them to diagnose the exact reason why my old car was running rough because I'm not going to spend a lot of money on it. I got a whole list of repairs totaling several thousand dollars that they wanted to do. I declined the repairs and paid $125 for a "diagnostic" and still I have no idea what is causing the specific problem.
