    Edit below: *original review* We are new to the area and had a hard time finding a dentist that was taking new patients. My son had a good experience and felt comfortable. My son went in for a cleaning after his oral surgery that he was referred by the doctor there. They did his cleaning and then sent me a bill saying his insurance didn't cover it bc he used all his benefits. I asked why they didn't inform us bc the dentist I go to does, the office woman said they just look to see if they have coverage, but not what is available, that it is the patient that should know if their visit is coveted and if they used all their benefits. Ok? But isn't it the offices responsibility to know that they sent THEIR patient to have a procedure that would have used all the yearly benefits up? That's the professional side of being an office manager, bc even when we get our eyes examined the office staff tell us if we are eligible, what we are eligible for and co pays. If we aren't eligible for something they let us know. Just like at the GP. They let you know upfront. I didn't have a problem paying, my problem was her attitude. I like the dentist and that is where my conflict is now. Do we find another dentist? They haven't even called back for a 6 month reminder. Their office staff needs training.
