Sunrise Flooring was recommended by someone because they are a locally owned business in Newburgh. I like the LVP flooring and carpet that I chose but the installation has left a lot to be desired. I have overlooked a lot of items, showing up to install LVP & carpet without a phone call, text message or email, scratches and boot prints on walls from the installers, the installers working four hours and leaving for the day at noon, or saying they have been asked to help on another project and leaving, which meant leaving my flooring partially done. Then after all the flooring was laid, I (the customer) decided to put the remaining box and a half of LVP in a closet instead of carpet. According to the installers, I would need 3 or 4 additional planks which means ordering one box of LVP. Four weeks later, still no additional box of LVP to complete the job or response to my email. The owner also kept the carpet and pad ordered for the closet, charged me for it then said "I will have to sell that as a remnant." Which means he is profiting from that twice. I have since told the person who recommended Sunrise Flooring to reconsider advertising for this company.
