        Thank you for all my beautiful flowers you send me!Your ladys that work in that department are always very kind and very helpful to my husband that has no idea what hes doing!My arrangements are absolutely beautiful and delivery is always on time!!Thank you for making my day better and putting a smile on both our faces!!

        No help to be found, I searched the aisles for an over 7 min on my way to the customer service station. ( this was on the 21st of December at 6 pm prime time for patrons to be in the store!) I finally found someone otw to speak with the customer service department. He assured me hed find someone in that department to help me. Yet, left me there for 17 min. He never returned !? Very poor customer service ! After feeling exhausted n frustrated I was headed to check out & saw the employee that said hed help me .. what did he do? He abruptly turned the opposite way & scurried off !! What a disappointment! Im not from this area, but this says so much about the work standard of this company. Not the area but, this business particularly! I know pple that work in the surrounding area & in their place of business this treatment is NOT tolerated !! A 1 star is generous!!

        Order flowers through groupon. They were really wilted and almost dead. They wouldn't do anything to fix it.
