Jennifer and Linda appeared very welcoming when I was searching for an apartment and signing the lease. However, after living here for a year, I regret my decision. Despite their initial friendliness, they never responded to any of my emails or phone calls, completely ignoring my concerns and requests.

Very quick response and fixed correctly. Swapped out my hot water heater and no issues.

I've found the leasing staff's explanations lacking clarity and honesty. After living here for about a year, I discovered that my building shares one water meter among its four units. When I noticed high water usage for my unit over a 1.5-month period when I was away, I sought clarification on the water/sewer bill. Jennifer mentioned that water/sewer charges aren't solely based on usage, it's just one factor out of 10 without elaborating "other factors." Despite no dishwashing or showering during my absence, she couldn't provide a satisfactory answer. It turns out, as per American Water Company, accurately measuring water usage for each unit with a shared meter is impossible. While I understand the practicality of shared meters for multi-unit buildings, a straightforward acknowledgment of the shared meter would have been more transparent than mentioning vague additional factors. Jennifer repeatedly claimed, "Water consistently runs through your apartment," thus requiring residents to cover any charges on the bills, even in the absense of water usage. I simply needed to cover my share of the neighbors' expenses while I was away. Lack of honesty. FYI, your water/sewer bill will be consistent but you'll pay more than you need sometimes. I really appreciate the maintenance team though, as they have been prompt in fixing issues.
