Chase Bank

I needed to update authorization on a business account. I called this branch five times between 9am and noon but no one answered their phone. I also called their service center but they would not set up a branch appointment. Their mobile app and website would not allow me to schedule an appointment either. I went into the branch and was told Id have to wait an hour to speak with a manager. Im not going there again.

I had an surprising experience.  I went to the branch Saturday morning to open a savings account, or so I thought.  I eventually went to teller and ask her how to do it.  She informed me a 'banker' had to do it.  She checked their schedule.  Tuesday was the earliest I could see someone to open an account.  This is when they should be at their best.  She did offer an online option.  If going online, I might as well go to an online bank.  Full customer is very lacking.  What if I really needed help with something urgent? I'm sorry, if you schedule an appointment we might help you in two or three days.  I will find a bank that can help me more real  time. I wish I knew the teller's name, she was very courteous and professional.  I would leave 1 star, but she alone prevents me from doing so.
