They charge $10 to cash a check for employees of a business who have a business account with Chase. I was told the business has to have a "platinum" account in order to not charge the $10 fee. This is definitely a corporation just stiff arming the little guy. I would advise any potential business owners to bank elsewhere so that their employees who work hard everyday for them are not charged an outrageous amount to simply put the money they earned in their pockets.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. Opening account is made easy and the mobile app is great! Just purchased a new car and it got financed through Chase. Chase automatically put the load under my account so I can pay it from there. Made it easy and hassle free. Thanks Chase Bank

I wish I could give a negative rating. I went inside to have a form notarized and the female manager asked me where I lived and why was I on this side of town all the while calling herself having a "nice sit-down conversation "as she proceeded to give unsolicited grade school financial advice.  Well, Chase has many locations for the convenience of its customers such as myself. Perhaps the manager should realize it's 2022 and not 1955. People of all backgrounds can go anywhere they please. It's people like this simpleminded woman who holds back our society as a whole. I remained calm and behaved with the manners I learned growing up to demonstrate not everyone reacts to negative BS. What a sad fake old haggard excuse for a human who has a managers position at a nice bank. I have since changed banks.
