I am very impressed with the quality of steam master. I have two toddlers and two lab who all put a hurting on my area rugs, carpet, couch, and dining chairs. They were heavily stained and honestly I thought they were probably too far gone but I gave professional cleaning a chance. Steam master showed up and underpromised and over delivered. By the time he was done he was sweating and my carpets and other items looked as good as new and smelled great. I highly highly recommend steam master. I have used other companies such as stanly steamer but they dont seem to put a fraction of pride into their work like steam master does. Excellent service and results far surpassed expectations. Michael was on time, professional, and honest. He took measurements of the rooms and discussed options before giving me the price of my carpet cleaning. Five stars in my book.
