I came in last week and everyone was really friendly. Two employees at the front registers helped me with my purchases. Allie was helpful with informing me which perfume recommendations to keep or give to my daughter. Katie was helpful with my initial transaction and kindly came to check on me in the perfume area to see if I needed any further help for my second purchase. Great employees!

Amber Waters at the salon is THE BEST! I've never had a good bob cut that goes well with my face structure. She worked her magic and gave me a cut I loved. Great customer service as well.

I really used to enjoy browsing in Ulta, and typically have very positive experiences with the employees. However, today, I was approached by an employee in the bathroom who accused me of stealing and putting products down my pants. When I said that that wasnt true, she told me I was lying. I will not be returning.

Was sold a defective item, and couldnt exchange the item for the same price 3 hours later. Super frustrating and the manager was condescending. Employees also questioned me on a sale that they had posted on their salesfloor. I was asked to leave the checkout line to go check for the cashier. I showed her a photo and she reluctantly grabbed someone else to override and honor the deal. I seemed like such a burden to both of them and after I return everything I bought this past week, Ill never shop there again. Save yourself the frustration and choose any other beauty location.
