Took our 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. The first lady we spoke with was very friendly. However, the lady that does the piercings' had an attitude with us. She was argumentative with us from the beginning as we discussed what we wanted. When my wife tried to verify her how they were going to pierce our daughter's ears, she rudely said that she was not doing anything until we signed the form she gave us to fill out. We told her we changed our mind and walked out the door. Not the special experience we was wanting for our daughter. We reported the incident to their customer service. Do not recommend visiting the Hamilton Town Center location.

Tory did an absolutely incredible job piercing my daughters ears. My daughter is 3.5 and Tory was very friendly and interactive with her. I would 10/10 recommend bringing your children here to get pierced.

I honestly don't even know where to begin. I am just very confused as to how the manager still has her job. I used to go to Claire's a lot with my daughter, but after my experiences with the manager, I cannot even imagine ever going back into this specific store. She has no respect and patience whatsoever. I asked her where something was, and I'll admit, it was right in front of my face, I just didn't notice it, she gave me this glare and just pointed and kind of snickered at me as if I'm stupid. After all these complaints about Kim, I'm just absolutely flabbergasted at the fact that this woman still has her job. I bet corporate doesn't even look at these, and if they do, they don't care because they are so desperate for people. If you wanna go to Claire's, I suggest the one in Clay Terrace. The manager is super friendly and they have better customer service overall. I think it's worth the drive because I don't know about y'all, but I do not wanna be around retail workers who act like they are so miserable. HTC Claire's needs a new store manager.
