In our world of fast pace hectic schedules I wish to say what a great experience I had with my pre-scheduled visit today by Custom Touch Irrigation. Bobbie, was very helpful and informative on the seasonal startup of my irrigation system. Had Jason come out for a new season start up. He was knowledgeable and courteous as he walked me through a couple of issues with the system and gave me tips on how to maximize the systems operation. Always appreciate the folks from Custom Touch and I can trust them to take care of all of my irrigation issues.

CTI scheduled my opening for April but when I called them to remind them I had a particular zone that needed to be addressed, possibly adding time to the opening which my appointment did not allow for, they made arrangements to have someone, Colin, come out that week to address the particular zone. Colin was both friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot of questions.
