So this makes you give at least 1 star. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.
Last time my vehicle went in for service they over torqued my wheels seizing them in place. This time they broke several lug nuts trying to take them off. The rest of them they torched off. They damaged the powder coating on my wheels by using the torch and then I had to pay for the wheels to be re-done. That cost me an additional $600 plus labor costs. After I got my vehicle back this time I checked the lugs to see how tight they installed them. The recommended setting is 140 lb/ft. My torque wrench was at 230 lb/ft and still clicking when force applied, so they are at least 90 lb/ft tighter than then need to be. When finished my bill was $1200 more than what I approved and they refused to pay for the powder coating on the wheels. They WERE NOT damaged before they started using a blow torch.
They would not negotiate on the costs even though they damaged the wheels.
If I could give them a negative amount of stars, I would.
