Went by the Plano location today, Saturday, around 11am and they were closed, no one in site. People were waiting in their cars and coming to the door. I waited 15 mins and left. Not good for buisness if you can't come and talk to someone during buisness hours.

Worst mgmt..Instructors are not skilled.. Management does not care and literally assigns any instructor on floor to take the class..they do not notify these things on app.. the big blue app is just for name sake no notifications at all.. every class is a surprise.. total waste of money.. it's frustrating the new instructor again starts from scratch..

I highly recommend this swim place to anyone wanting to get their kiddo into swim lessons. The teachers are amazing ! Especially Ms. Sierra and Ms Shontel they both have a lot of patience for little ones especially ones that struggle with focus or high energy like my little . Amazing with helping her focus on the goal she is trying to reach!

With no contracts or registration fees, families can start and stop swim lessons at any time.
