Taxes were taken in on a Tues and we were told they'd be ready Monday or Tues of next week by Tues I hadn't heard anything so after calling to check on them I was told they were lost and they'd get back to me I had to call back to check n see what was happening was told they found them and they would be completed the next day they called to tell me they're ready I returned to Walmart to sign the paperwork after being made to wait while the person working was doing some training or something he couldn't stop to get to my paperwork finally after 40 mins of waiting he was finally able to get to where I digitally signed the taxes then they didn't print and he couldn't even get them to print my daughter who was also there to sign walked away she was not able to wait that long was going to come back Saturday he told me he would just give my paperwork to her. Absolute incompetence all around will never return and I bet they charged me their fee but I wouldn't know yet cya I never got any paperwork of my taxes!!!!!!! Go someplace else!!!!
