Went in today to rent a truck that I had reserved online. A gentleman started to help us, and because we were paying cash for the rental, he got pretty irritated that he had to open a cash drawer. When we were done with the truck, which was earlier than anticipated, a lady was there. She then gave us a ton of attitude because she had to refund our deposit back in cash. Overall, really terrible customer service. We should not have been treated that way simply because we were paying with cash. If you are going to work with customers, you need to be more professional, or you will lose your customers, and possible future business.
