Is the place where I frequent probably the most in North Judson. Everything is as should be from the customers having smiles on their face when they walk in, due to the volume of the worker saying HELLO!!! Sometimes if you're having a bad day walking in there at family Express is a vibe booster I suppose you would call it that I never leave out of there very rarely with a frown on my face. Everything is clean neat and in order.

I like this chain of gas stations the pizza is incredible alone. Would like to see the trash cleaned up on the parking lots.

Place has gone downhill fast, the weeks of being out of stock of all coffee and nicotine turn to months. The store is always a dirty mess, the only competent employees seem to be on the food side only. Be prepared for long lines, one register open, and rude slow, and possibly under the influence employees scanning the wrong items multiple times. I’ve seen this place with lines wrapping the whole store have an employee close a register and say to the other cashier “I’m going to do car wash.” then proceed to grab an iPad and cigarette and sit in her vehicle half way outside smoking and sweeping the parking lot at 3mph in drive. Avoid this place if you can, but if you have to go in, there’s a good chance you will get a free bag of chips from the fumbling associate at the register, when they decide to open one that is.
