I was totally fooled by Donna by thinking she was a good person, inquired about a house for purchase and was disrespected because of my change of mind in selling my home, pursuing her not to answer my questions and to rudely disregard me by hanging up on me when I was still speaking to her! How could a church going person act like this? God sees all! People like this need prayer, definitely poor customer service, because its clear profit is the only thing on her mind!!!! Totally unprofessional!!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Osborne Advantage! They were very professional in every way, in every paper we signed they explained everything throughly and answered any questions we had. They are amazing on communication,anytime I or my husband would call they would answer or get back to us by the end of the day, if we needed papers printed off because we dont have a printer. They would print it off,scan it back and send it back for us. I've never had such an easy process moving. If I ever move again I would definitely use them! I'd also like to add that they helped us find the perfect home! Me and my husband were at a loss with houses but Osborne just listed one and showed it to us. It was absolutely perfect, needed very little work and was in our budget range. Osborne will go above and beyond to help you find the home you want and get things done fast.
