        Would have gave a 0 if it would have let me. Dont waste your time. They say the room is 145 and run your card and then say ur card declined for 250 extra after they take the 145 and l. Lobby Bathroom stays locked may not use it. And then they are absolutely rude. Dont recommend

        I had a terrible experience. Money came up missing from my room and when I confronted the person at the front desk they threatened to call the police. After I returned home I was contacted by Wyndham headquarters because the staff falsely accused me of stealing things from the room totaling the amount of money that was missing from my room

        Would have been better off driving 11 miles and saving $30 in a different quantity inn. Spent way too much money to get a sweet roll for breakfast. Avoid these cost cutters with premium prices. Then , they bother to check the reviews and started lying about me even being there, no defense was offered to the issues listed, so I took pictures. Including the tiny bathroom. Noteworthy details: Cuts costs while charging for premium service. Best to avoid.

      You were rude to staff from the moment you arrived to check in. FD associates was calm and polite and gave you an option to cancel the reservation which you declined. Associate explained the card policy before the transaction. You were okay until the card declined. You asked to cancel the reservation and printed copy of $0 transaction. You were provided with this information. You then called property requesting refund for the hold put on to your card by the card issuer which we do not have control of. Your phone call dropped and you called the associates again to verbally abuse them for hanging up on you.

      Guest who checked in had "Do not disturb" sign placed on the door for the duration of the stay. There is camera in the hallway right in front of the same room which shows no one entered the room except for the registered guests. After checking out you entered the lobby and then office while staff was helping other guest. Staff stopped you going through the office and you continued to argue and verbally abuse the staff. Police were called and informed them of the situation. While police arrived you decided to run away from the location. Police were provided the CCTV footage and all necessary information. You then called the office and abused the officers who were requesting you to return to the location. When you didn't comply with their order they officially registered the case and now have a warrant. Same evidence was also provided to Choice Hotels who in return have placed you on "Do not rent" list.You can contact North Vernon Police Department for assistance.

      Thank you for the feedback. However, we're still unable to locate any records with your name. We have narrowed it down to few rooms but we can't share the details. All of our rooms and breakfast pictures are available on our Choice website as well. Choice website also lists our breakfast that we serve.
