We just sold our house today, and I have to share that Beth, yet again, went way above and beyond to help us through the process! Not only did she do an amazing job at selling our house, and selling it quickly, she jumped in and helped us pack and move due to some things that happened that got us behind. She is not only our realtor, she has become a great friend! Shes always professional, and really cares about her clients. She always puts her clients first and does what is needed to get things done! The entire process of putting our house for sell from start to finish was very simple and easy. We had the joy of working with Kim Ammerman and she was an absolute delight. She was personable, friendly, and quick to respond or help with any questions or concerns we had. She helped us to get the quick turn around we wanted and a fast closing where everything was very straight forward and easy and went off with a hitch. Walking into the Coldwell Banker office on a random day in September and meeting with her about selling my house was hands down the best decision and greatest stroke of luck I couldve ever got and we cant wait to work with them again.
