More and more disturbing each visit. Who knows maybe I should tell somebody. Might just be a lifesaver

Waste of time and money every time you go to the Palmyra Subway . Either no bread or bread is so hard that you cant eat it . Tonight they had bread but when we got home less than 3 minutes every sandwich was ice cold . Nothing like biting into a ice cold meatball. Then when I call to talk to Manager the girl that answered told me to hold on and put another girl on the phone . Trying to act like she was the Manager but eventually told me she was not . This is the last time I will waste 30$ at this restaurant again

I went to grab a quick sub with my sister and mother and we were greeted to 2 kids working there, they said they were new and there was only the 2 employees working not management on board to help them. While I was in line one of them messed up my sisters order and put mustard on it when she clearly asked for honey mustard and he forgot to put pepperoni on before toasting so she got cold pepperoni along side her mustard she didnt want, they didnt give me a bag for my sub, one of the employees stopped what she was doing to watch her father do a burnout in the parking lot, took them years to get paper from underneath in the cabinet, the girl was on her phone the entire time basically and she made the other employees pull up her glove because I guess she wasnt capable of that, they didnt hardly know the prices of there own drinks took me a solid 30 mins before I got to leave with my sub.

Update: March 10 2022 Husband picked up a 12 inch on white chicken baha. When he brought it to me it was made with the pressed ground chicken strips instead of the rotisserie. When I called in The lady said the girl asked what chicken he wanted to use. No, you don't substitute unless asked. That messes count up at night and causes a loss. He said she is lying to cover her mistake. The lady on the phone said they could replace it if we drove two cities back over but tried to act like it was my husbands fault that their workers are poorly trained and then lied. Just went in there. Cannot toast sandwiches, no sweet onion sauce for teriyaki but they don't tell you that until the end. So you waste money on sandwiches you won't eat. Place has gone down hill. Palmyra needs a better restaurant.
