I was looking for someone to do my taxes. They were recommended by a family member. I called and spoke with Tina. I dropped off my paperwork the next day. They were great! They were very reasonable priced and very helpful. I just started using them and have already referred them to a coworker!

I would give tony six stars if I could. Got me and my wife in at the last minute without an appointment. They were super friendly and accommodating and very affordable. I will be using this service from here on out

Completely unprofessional and unprepared. Would give 0 stars if I could.
My tax accountant passed away and I needed someone to do trust taxes. I specifically asked if they had enough time, as it was about 4 weeks till due. Tina gave me an email to send all the info to and I sent it. Didnt go through so I talked to Tony and he gave me a different number. I followed up a couple days later to see if they got it and Tina did a brief look for it and they said shed get back to me if she didnt have it. I followed up again and left messages and asked if they needed an extension. Finally got hold of Tina and she said she never got the fax. And she had my number incorrectly and couldnt call (I left the number on voice mail). But she would talk to tony the following day and get right back to me. She said maybe he had the fax somewhere. Do they not communicate? And she never got back to me the following day. So its now April 14 and Ive had to find someone to file an extension for me while I look for a competent tax accountant.
Complete lack of communication and accountability.
