Hi Dustin,We are extremely sorry for your experience. I discovered the broken sprayer yesterday afternoon. It was repaired immediately but, apparently had been broken earlier in the day. Mat, first off, we are not perfect. Second, we totally care about our business and service. You seem to imply we don't answer our customer service line, which is posted on all of our equipment. 765-778-1996... That is also false. To date, we have never received a call from you. As for the equipment, we are continually upgrading our equipment and services as quickly as possible. We recently bought the facility back and will be upgrading accordingly.
