        My initial phone call was a bit dry and I thought I was in for a bit of a surprise. Then when I went to the office it was very nice and relaxing. Everyone was very nice and seemed like they cared. The part that really had me upset was after my accident it seemed like everything changed since now I had a claim through my auto insurance and the treatment was barely even 30 seconds. That really started to bother me. Every time I went back it was the same, a lot of therapy and half a second for the work up. Plus Im driving to Pendleton from Anderson wasting gas on an experience that wasnt helpful at all. They are definitely nice people but I wouldnt recommend if you get into an auto accident and have a claim. Sudden change and that really hurt me.
