My daughter at the age of 9 year old, had an accident in 2018, her Jaw was like a 70 year old person and it was due to accident. He treated her in an amazing way that corrected her jaw step by step to a point that my daughter does not have pain, headaches, has a great smile. He finished her treatment and it was like the accident never happened. Anyone out there that did not see his method of treatment, didn't have the patience and the time. Does not know what expert he is. He is very honest aperson, and will tell you right on the spot If its fixable and what to expext. For over will be in debt with Dr. Lau!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this treatment center. I had been referred here through my personal orthodontist who had done a series of tests, scans, x-rays, and examinations in order to determine that I had TMJ.
Once I had been referred to the office, I made an appointment to see Dr. Lau. After spending about 30 minutes in the office filling out paperwork an assistant came in and asked me questions about pain levels and looked at my face. They conducted no test, no scans, no x-rays, nothing to see test my jaw ability or anything. After that I went to an office where all they did was explain wha TMJ is physically and then was told I would have to schedule another appointment before anything happened.
In a normal world that would be considered a consultation and I would be free to go without a charge (considering the office did literally nothing that day) but instead I was charged $150 for them to literally ask me questions when I had already been diagnosed with TMJ by both my dentist and my orthodontist. (An orthodontist that they work with frequently) They could have gotten all my information from my orthodontist and moved on from there, but instead they just charged me $150 for something I could have learned from a Google search.
It just seems like a scam. There are very few places to get treatment for TMJ and charging people so much just to sit in a chair seems to be taking advantage of people who just want help. I challenge this office to be better stewards of the world.
If you go here, just know that theyre not gonna do anything your first visit and save your money.
