I have been shopping at this location regularly for over 10 years, stopping in several times a month for medication as well as routine items. Staff are generally friendly. Suddenly feel like I'm being treated like a shoplifter. Very disconcerting. Staff moving aisle to aisle to watch me, then making up bogus excuses to stand next to me while i browse. Don't know if they are trying to tackle some kind of problem they are having, maybe they will start locking items up next like other branches. Very effective way to lose patronage, i can fairly easily spend my money over the next 10 years somewhere else.

The only issue I have is that the CVS App states a time when prescriptions will be ready, and its frustrating when the projection isnt met. AI not being so intelligent? The staff there are always so friendly and helpful!

The pharmacy staff are always super fast and friendly. They are helpful and supportive when I have questions as well.
