I had called a few days ago there was no answer. Yes it was during business hours. I called back 30 minutes later left a message they were still open for another four hours. Never received a call back I called yesterday. Finally got to speak with someone she took my name my phone number my email address I gave her my availability. She said she will look and see what they have available And never got back to me. Therefore, I found another salon in town that I had called. They got me in the same day. For a full high light And I am so pleased. They were able to get me in ASAP now I did not expect to be taken in ASAP. I just wanted something within the next three weeks.

I forgot my mom's stylist was out this week, and we showed up for the appointment anyway. Jeanette was kind enough to work Mom into HER schedule. She did a great job, and we really appreciated it. Thanks Jeanette!

Every time I try to make an appointment nobody ever picks up or calls me back when I leave my number the one time I walked in there there was two girls doing nothing and nobody wanted to cut my hair

Great, relaxing atmosphere in the cutest little town of Pendleton! Erika always does an amazing job on myself and my girls! Shes the best!!
