Fall creek plumbing came to my house for a leaky water heater. They gave me some options, I chose one, and they had my water heater replaced in a timely manner. I Will definitely be requesting their assistance in the future.

Bailey was super helpful when our water heater stopped working. They worked us in the schedule fast and had affordable options for replacing the water heater. We will absolutely use this company for any plumbing needs in the future.

What earned them the low review was the mess they left behind. The kitchen cabinet was absolutely soaked with water. Youd think with their pricing , which is on the higher side, theyd take a second to clean up after themselves or at the very least attempt to catch some of the water.
The technician was very friendly and the team did a great job communicating and solved the problem quickly. They had to push me back in the schedule a couple times due to other plumbing emergency calls, which didnt bother me since I was available most the day.
