Ive just completed 6 months working with Rachel as my health coach and Im so thrilled with the results. Id gained at least 20 or more Covid pounds when my son got engaged and a wedding was planned. I needed serious accountability to not only look better but to feel better too! Rachel knew my back issues and I trusted her to guide me to a healthier place and it worked. Her weekly calls, monitoring an app where I recorded water, food and exercise, and her in depth knowledge of muscles, posture and positive motivation made this journey a complete success! And its not just for the wedding anymore! This healthier road Im on can last forever because Ive actually learned how to eat right & keep moving. The changes have led to lower cholesterol numbers, normal A1C, lower blood pressure, less back pain and all that goes with it! I cant recommend Wholistic Wellness Services enough. Im looking forward to even better results as time goes on.

After several days of vertigo with no relief I was referred to Rachel. She was able to get me in quickly. I wasnt sure what to expect but can definitely say my car ride to the appointment was very different than my car ride after the appointment. She was very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Gave me some things to continue doing at home that have helped and Rachel has followed up with my progress a couple of times after my appointment.

Rachel has helped me address chronic pain that neither my massage therapist or my chiropractor has been able to address. She is thorough and genuinely cares.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RACHEL! Shes is amazing. I had a really bad case of vertigo. Went to 2 different drs, 2 different chiropractor, had a CT Scan done and nothing helped. I went to Rachel on day 7 of this vertigo and again on day 10. It is day 11 now and Im no longer spinning. I truely believe with Rachels services she helped get my ears and body back in sync. She was and is a life saver! Go see Rachel she is AMAZING! She wont disappoint you!

Im so grateful for the approach that Rachel takes to help people pursue wellness; not just physically but emotionally and spiritually as well! As my life coach, she helped me work through obstacles, set goals and provided the accountability I needed to see lasting change in my life!
